Hidden Letters
First of all i started this image by looking up various images and information about the mi-5 building in London and realised it is a very hidden spy building so i decided to create a work piece relating to the building as i found a lot of interest about it. The mi-5 building relates to my personality by far, I am a hidden person and don't open up to people the same way the building is. I created a A4 sheet that has hidden letters within a certain pattern to hide the lettering from being noticed normally. The reason i chose lettering is because I have a wide interest in Graphic Design and typography is one of them. I really enjoyed creating this from the top of my head because it really proved to me that I can work without briefs and think of many different ideas and creativity of art.
Decades Project
This is one of my favourite projects that I have completed as i experimented with various different materials and techniques. For this project i had to go to a museum called Jefrey museum in East London and choose a specific decade that will suit me more appropriately as an artist. I chose 1830-1901 the Victorian era. I researched upon this artist called William Morris and went to his gallery. He works with Victorian patterns so i decides to look at his work and then created this piece of work which relates to him. I added my very own specific originality by hiding letters within the Victorian pattern on the image above.

Greek Mythology
Greek mythology is by far the greatest aspect that represents me and my culture. For my final major project in my 3rd year of college i wanted to add Greek mythology to show a definition of me. Therefor i created a 2d image on photoshop of a Greek God called Zues and change the appearance by adding my face to the image. I done this to show the audience that the Greeks believe so much in the spirits of the Gods they imagine they are one with them. As I am of a Greek heritage I am proud to have produced such work about this subject to show even how strong a fearless the 300 warriors was. I used a artist called Terry Gilliam because he manipulated an image and added bigger body parts and smaller sizes which resembles with the artwork I did as in the image I increased the size of my face to make it seem as if the image is in imagination and not make it seem real.

'Chris Garver' Miami inc - Tattoo artist
Chris Garver-I first found out about Chris Garver in the second year of College In a television show called Miami Inc, where people come to Chris's tattoo parlor, tell him a story and he creates them a tattoo which symbolizes something to do with that story. One reason why I chose to write about him is that he has a very strong passion drawing dragons and one thing i really admire is that there is always a story behind the tattoo. This is where I found my style of drawing as of watching his drawings it made me want to do my own. Therefor I created a Dragon stencil in Chris Garvers Japanese style drawings. This drawing I created inspired me to think of more to do and even try add a story behind them, for example; what mood i'm in or even how my life was and is now. Chris Garver is by far my favorite tattoo artist and have seriously taught me in ways i can express my own work and own imagination.
Artist Statement
Only recently have I found out what I wanted to do with my life, and that is to have anything to do with graphical and artistic work. I have changed my mind countless times of what I want to become or even have some sort of experience in and as I have changed my mind a couple of times, I have had experience in a variety of different careers. From my secondary school, Bethnal Green Technology in East London, I studied all Art based subjects, Graphics Design, Art and Design and Resistant Materials. At the time I wanted to continue with Art and find my way in to Architecture as I found it very interesting and had a natural flow of it. I studied BTEC National Diploma in Art & Design at Haringey Sixth form College in North London, following the steps of Architecture. As time passed near the end of my second year, my once Architecture based work was becoming slightly Graphical. I already knew that I had a interest in Graphics so decided to change my mind and follow the path of a Graphic Designer. After the second year of doing my BTEC, I wanted to have a bit more information, skill and confidence of being a Graphics Designer before going to university. Therefor I thoughtfully decided to do a Level 4 Foundation course in Art & Design at BSIX in East London and further spread my knowledge in Graphics. Once starting this course I was influenced and brought out my shell and comfort to go out and experience an artists life by visiting many museums and events. Only during the end College while going to many open days for Universities, I was prepared with inspiration, fire and heart to start learning and developing more skill in Graphics at University.
I am incredibly interested and inspired by fantasy art, even though my work isn't really fantasy art but is very graphical which can relate. I have a very big passion of drawing dragons since I started to watch a show called 'Miami Inc'. There was this very artistic and brilliant artist called Chris Garver which like me has a passion to draw dragons in different styles. He is a tattoo artist and at one point in college, I was thoroughly thinking of being an apprentice in a tattoo parlor from the obsession of being very detailed in my drawings and to be a tattoo artist you have to be extremely detailed but before actually doing your design you have to be very skeptical about designing something to suit your clients needs which i respect and appreciate. I have accomplished that by creating a stenciled drawing of a dragon with special graphics pens. I was very pleased and happy for that and would happily get that as a first tattoo no matter how painful!
In University now I am doing as hard as I possibly can to achieve the most I can and prepare myself for the real world out there. I have to learn many different things even though I am skillful. My strong points are getting better as time progresses however, my weak points are dramatically improving as i develop more skills.
Once I graduate University I hoping to have perfected my artistic skills and talents on paper and computer.
